Dramatic Association
The Duties of the Executive Committee are :

To prepare and pass the budged for the year.

To audit the expenditure of the drama within a month after the staging of the
drama.

To sanction expenditure for the purpose of maintenance of equipment and
accessories.

To stage the Annual Drama, Inter-class one act play competitions and to
felicitate important personalities of stage, play and theatre of the locality etc.
The joint Secretary shall assist the secretary in the discharge of his duties &
in his absence shall perform all his functions.
Either or both of them can be removed from their respective offices if they fail to discharge their duties by the Principal.
The Principal reserves for himself the right to alter, amend and abrogate any of the rules mentioned above. The Executive Committee can also after or amend the above rules by a majority vote subject to the approval of the Principal.
The scenes and other requisites shall not be lent to any outside Club, Organization or Individual.
